Shipping
- We dispatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays)
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse, and are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days
- Estimated delivery time starts after an order has been dispatched
Shipments Within Hong Kong and China
- We offer S.F. Express Shipping to S.F. Express pick up centers or industrial / commercial address at a flat rate of HKD 30
- Please be noted that an extra S.F. Express service charge of HKD 30 will be charged for residential address upon the time of receipt
- Delivery Time: 1-3 working days after the order has been dispatched
Shipments To Macau and Taiwan
- We offer S.F. Express Shipping at a flat rate of HKD 150
- We offer FREE express shipping for orders over HKD 2000
- Delivery Time: 2-3 working days after the order has been dispatched
International Shipments
- We offer DHL and some local delivery couriers' express services for international orders at a rate of HKD 250 or HKD 300 depending on the destination country
- We offer FREE international express shipping for orders over HKD 2000
- Delivery Time: 3-7 working days after the order has been dispatched

Some countries may charge import taxes and duty fees. Please be kindly noted that we are unable to account for any additional customs /taxes /duties that is incurred after we ship the products from our warehouse, as custom fees may vary and differ from place to place. We only charge the required amount during the check out process but are unable to request the additional charges as those are in place through your countries customs.
